New! Returns (Beta)

We know that managing returns for ecommerce brands can be time-consuming, but critical to providing a strong customer experience. Returns are an especially important fulfillment consideration for companies that sell select products like apparel and accessories, but often returns are an afterthought at warehouses, with damaged items being restocked and long processing times making it difficult to appropriately refund or update your customers.

Today, we’re sharing a new Beta feature to help streamline returns in Airhouse, with more functionality yet to come. With our Beta feature, you can:

  • Easily search for orders to initiate a return
  • Send relevant returns notes to the warehouse, i.e. re: damaged items
  • Get enhanced visibility into the status of returned items
  • View detailed counts for items received and restocked

We’re excited to expand this feature in the near future, to create an even more automated and integrated experience, and to help reduce your daily operational workload. You can read more about how our Beta Returns feature works here.
