Flexible PTO

Time off is important to putting quality time in on the job. We offer several company holidays, and flexible PTO, with an encouraged cumulative minimum of 2 weeks per year.

Flexible Work Schedule

We keep some overlapping hours on Pacific Time, but all employees can otherwise structure their workday however suits their responsibilities and needs.

401(k) Coming Soon

In mid-2022 we’re introducing a 401(k) to help all employees save long-term for their retirement.

New mothers, fathers, and parents of all genders receive paid time off to bond with their newborn child, newly adopted child, or child newly placed for foster care.

HQ and Work Hubs

We keep a headquarters in San Francisco for employees traveling to SF from around the world, with coworking spaces available for all employees around the country.

High-travel employees receive a quarterly budget to visit our warehouses, meet with other team members, or travel to HQ to help forge better bonds as a remote company.

Company Expense Card

With a distributed team, we offer a company card to schedule flights and car rentals, and other approved expenses to help you get work done without personal burden.

Regular Offsites

As public health measures allow, we like to meet up for non-mandatory regular all-company offsites to get to know one another so that we can work more effectively—and have fun!

At-Home Setup

Airhouse provides everything you need to work—a computer and extra stipend to build your at-home desk setup, whether that means investing in new headphones or a better chair.

Wellness Stipend Coming Soon

We believe in doing our best work every day, and good mental health is part of that. Airhouse offers a monthly stipend to use towards therapy, fitness, and related services.

Wi-Fi Reimbursement

With all teams working from home, Airhouse reimburses wi-fi to ensure everyone has a stable and high-speed connection.
